How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you’ll see a download link on the confirmation page and receive one by email. It’s instant—no shipping.

What formats do you provide?
Mainly PDFs, with Canva templates and Google Sheets where noted.

Can I print these or use them digitally?
Yes—print at home or use on tablet/desktop (GoodNotes, Notability, iPad, etc.).

What’s the difference between licences?

• Jumpstart & Life Reset: personal-use only.

• Self-Mastery Digital Vault: white-label licence—edit, rebrand and resell Vault items. (Full licence below.)

Do I get a physical product?
No—these are digital downloads.

I didn’t get the email—help?
Check Promotions/Spam, then search for Mindfuel Studio. Still stuck? Contact us at mindfuelstudioco@gmail.com and include your order number.

Can I share the files with friends/clients?
Personal-use licences are for one household only. White-label rights (Vault) allow you to rebrand and resell Vault contents to your customers—see the licence for details.

What’s your refund policy?
Because these are digital goods, all sales are final. If a file is corrupt or you have a download issue, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace the files.

What currency do you charge in?
USD by default. Your bank may apply conversion fees.

Is checkout secure?
Yes—payments are processed by Shopify/Stripe with SSL encryption.
